For five years, our tour crew wasn’t just a catering team—we were craftsmen.
While others ordered off the web, we built relationships. We sourced from local farmers, butchers, fishmongers, and artisans. We shopped local, cooked from scratch, and believed every meal should reflect the communities we traveled through.
Six days a week we built complete kitchens and dining rooms from the ground up, serving 200 or more people with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and everything in between. Our brunches became legendary, our pig roasts unforgettable, and every service was a chance to prove what hospitality could be.
But looking back, the greatest thing we ever created wasn’t a menu.
It was the family we built along the way. The long days, impossible schedules, shared victories, and countless miles forged friendships that will outlast any event we ever served. The local producers we met became lifelong friends, but the bonds we built with each other will always be our greatest achievement.
The meals are memories now. The people are the legacy.
