Two Years of "Failure." Or Opportunity.

We bought Cleaver & Blade to make our bond bigger. That was the whole plan.
Kevin and I looked at a brand that already had a great reputation, and we thought: easy. Sell some shirts. Post some funny, controversial shit for clicks and laughs. Take something good and push it to the next level. Simple transfer, simple creation, simple growth.
We were wrong.
What we thought was a handoff turned into the kitchen nightmare of our lives. Two guys with busy schedules, families, full lives — finding out the hard way that being the great home cook doesn't mean you're ready to run a fine dining kitchen. We'd never spent a single day behind that line. Not really. Not like this.
Website builds that didn't work. Plans that never got executed. "Pros" who took our time and our money and gave us nothing back. Old, broken ways of getting product into people's hands that will eat you alive if you let them. You get angry. You get bitter. You start to feel like you got sold snake oil, and you want to blame everybody — the platforms, the vendors, the people who told you it'd be easy.
And then you look up. Past the merch. Past the T-shirts and the stickers and the algorithm.
What we found was a bounty of relationships we never expected — real places, real people, connecting for community instead of rage. We found "competition," and we found out there's no such thing inside a family. We're all learning together. We're all getting stronger. Together, not against each other.
Life has pushed Kevin and me hard. It's pushing us harder right now, as we wade into fire and waters we didn't fully understand when we started. But damn — we've met some badass people. Literally all over the world. And now we're bringing that culture back to you.
Our struggles. Our fails. Our successes. All of it.
You might not read this far. But we're fucking proud of it anyway. This band of badass fuckers — this family — we'll see you all soon.
We adapt. We overcome. We conquer.
A motto for champions.
