These are custom made to order so they have a 7-10 business day lead time.

The skillet base is made from 12 gauge carbon steel while the handle is hand forged with 304 stainless steel.  The heat transfer from carbon to stainless is much lower which allows you to get the pan hot while keeping the handle comfortable to touch.  This pan comes pre-seasoned and includes a care card with tips on how to care for your carbon steel skillet. This is a powerhouse of a pan and the perfect addition to any chef's dream kitchen!

Measurements:  approximately 11 inches across the skillet base and 18 inches total with the handle
